Room in a shared flat

Tram 7, 9 & buses to Bahnhof Oerlikon (10min) I am starting a new shared flat and am looking for two new people. Two practically identical new-build apartments are available for selection - depending on which one we receive, the move-in date is 16.11. or 01.12. The apartments are very spacious, with lots of space in the common areas :) It is a new building, first occupancy, unfurnished. Currently, both rooms are still free (approx. 10 m² and 12 m²). **I am looking for:** I want to build a new 3-person shared flat. Therefore, I wish for flatmates who basically have a desire for community: cooking together sometimes, sitting on the balcony, discussing, being creative, or even throwing a small flat party once in a while :P If you are a person with visions, who is passionate about something and likes to lend a hand with a project, that is definitely a plus. At the same time, of course, everyone should have enough space for themselves and be able to withdraw sometimes. When getting to know each other, I will therefore mainly pay attention to whether the chemistry is right. A similar political attitude (rather left/open) would be important to me. Differences of opinion are welcome, but fundamental values should match. It would be cool if you also live vegetarian / vegan. One unromantic thing at the end: Unfortunately, the administration does not accept joint and several liability. This means your income should correspond to at least three times your share of the rent. **About me:** I am a vegetarian, queer and poly, like to dance, play volleyball and constantly have new project ideas. Depending on my daily form, they will either be procrastinated for half a year or I will start three projects at once. You know how it goes... Languages: Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch, Kroatisch as well as some Hindi, Portugiesisch and Französisch. My big life goal is actually quite unexciting: working less and spending more time with people I like. (Also a privilege - I know.) I look forward to learning more about you :)
