Room in a shared flat

For only 700 CHF/month (excl. ancillary costs) you can live one minute from the tram station "Feldeggstrasse" and 5 minutes from the lake! That is 4 minutes to Stadelhofen. The apartment is limited until 1 October 2027 and will be renovated after that. However, this deadline could be extended; we are in contact with the administration. Important: You take over the apartment from 1 September and, if you move out earlier, you must provide a successor tenant. Already located here: - In the room: A mattress, which can be taken over for free if needed. - In the apartment: Washing machine, dishwasher, all cooking utensils, everything already furnished (but with plenty of space if you want to put in your own living room furniture). You would live together with Niels, law student and Davide, postdoc. We are looking for: An uncomplicated person, 24-30, studying, employed, or both.
