Room in a shared flat

🏡 From October/November: WG room in a 4.5-room apartment in Aarau We are looking for a flatmate for our 4.5-room apartment in the heart of Aarau. The apartment is located directly next to the train station and only about 3 minutes' walking distance from the old town and various shopping facilities. The apartment features a large terrace, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as two bathrooms. 👭 Who we are I, Lena (23) study Social Work at HSLU and work part-time in this field. I am very interested in politics and advocate for what is important to me. I find balance in nature and with friends. I, Lena (24) study German Studies at Uni Zürich and work part-time in nursing. I like doing yoga and Pilates and like reading. On weekends, I like to go partying and like meeting up with my friends. A nice and uncomplicated coexistence is important to us. We pay attention to cleanliness and mutual respect and enjoy spending time together – whether it is cooking together, doing something or relaxing comfortably on the sofa in the evening. At the same time, we also enjoy our privacy and find it important that everyone can withdraw. Your room would be on the upper floor and you would share the bathroom with Lena (23). The rent is exclusive of utility costs. We calculated what our shared bills are and add another 95 CHF per person to a WG account.
