🏡 The apartment includes:

• 3 separate bedrooms (only one left)
• a fully equipped kitchen
• a bathroom with bathtub/shower
• washing machine in the basement
• small storage room in the attic
• bicycle space in the basement

The kitchen balcony is used for waste separation as well as for herbs.

Cleanliness is very important to us, so we expect everyone to maintain order on their own (recycling, plants, etc.).

🚭 Smoking cigarettes as well as the consumption/possession of cannabis or other drugs are strictly prohibited!

💰 Costs

The room costs CHF 830.– per month, utilities included (730CHF + 100 utilities).

The deposit corresponds to 2 months' rent.

Who we are looking for

1 person. You fit well with us if you:

• are uncomplicated, friendly, and respectful
• like to live clean and tidy
• enjoy contributing and creating a nice living environment together
• are between approximately 20 and 35 years old

Our selection criterion is primarily based on whether the desired rental period can be maintained. First come, first served.
