Room in a shared flat

Sälü :) We are Philip (30) and Anna (20) and are renting out a WG room in a quiet quarter in Wabern bei Bern from the beginning of August. We are both very active, Philip is very creative and likes to do theater, Anna enjoys being outdoors and swimming in the Aare. We are both very quiet and calm. Our WG is currently in a bit of a transition, as there was a change of main tenant, which is why we are now looking forward to a new face :) Our WG is located in a beautiful, bright 4 ½ room apartment with a large balcony and picturesque views, perfect for BBQ evenings. The apartment has a large, well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful, open living room. It is very conveniently located, directly below the Gurten, the Bernese local mountain (approx. 5 minutes walking distance to the Gurtenbahn) and is therefore perfectly suited for outdoor sports, e.g., downhill or jogging. Public transport is also nearby; train, bus, and tram are all reachable in approx. 3 minutes on foot. By bicycle, you can reach Bern station in approx. 8 minutes. The residential block also has plenty of parking spaces (parking outside is free), a spacious cellar and a bicycle room. Your room would be just over 10m2 (2.4m x 4.2m) in size.
