WG room in house with garden from 1 October 2026. Magnificent view, quietly located, with car in 8 min in the center of Wetzikon as well as in the center of Hinwil, in 10 min in the center of Bauma and in 30 min at Tiefenbrunnen station. Parking space available. Public transport is 1km walking distance away. We are a mixed non-smoker household with 3 people in their 40s and 60s, of whom one person is leaving us at the end of September. We also have two cats, which do not get along with other cats. Billiard table in the living room, no TV. Our motto is live and let live. Bed, wardrobe and frame are available upon request. Ideal as a balance to a stressful working day or also for commuters.
