Room in a shared flat

In unserer 4er WG wird ein Zimmer frei ab Mitte August (15.08). Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Das Zimmer ist circa. 20qm gross, dazu gehört ein eigenes Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche/Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross, ca 200qm. Es gibt 2 Wohnzimmer, eine grosse Küche, einen Balkon, ein grosses Kellerabteil und Waschmaschine & Tumbler sind ebenfalls in der Wohnung. In der Miete ist inbegriffen: Putzdienst, Hausratsversicherung, Serafe, Mieterverband, Internet und natürlich alle sonstigen Nebenkosten. Wir wohnen zu 4. in dieser WG. Alle zwischen 27-34 Jahre alt und in verschiedenen Bereichen tätig. Die Tramstation Kappeli ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir sind eine WG, welche gerne ab und zu Sachen zusammen unternimmt und würden uns freuen, wenn du dich auch ins WG Leben miteinbringst. :) Parkplatz könnte eventuell dazugemietet werden. Der Besichtigungstermin wird am 29.07 abends sein. Bitte füge deiner Nachricht hinzu, ab wann du das Zimmer mieten möchtest, ob du am 29.07 Zeit hast und erzähl uns kurz etwas über dich. The room is unfurnished. The room is approximately 20 square meters in size and includes a private bathroom with a toilet and a shower/bathtub. The apartment is very large, about 200 square meters. There are two living rooms, a large kitchen, a balcony, a large basement storage area, and a washer and dryer are also available in the apartment. The rent includes: cleaning service, household insurance, Serafe, the tenants’ association, internet, and, of course, all other utilities. There are four of us living in this shared apartment. We’re all between 27 and 34 years old and work in various fields. The Kappeli tram stop is a 2-minute walk away. We’re a group that enjoys doing things together from time to time, and we’d love for you to get involved in our shared living experience. :) A parking spot could possibly be rented separately. The viewing will take place on the evening of July 29.
