2 ½ rooms apartment

I am renting out my lovingly furnished and fully equipped apartment for sublet for around six months, as I will be on a longer trip from 14 September 2026 to the end of March 2027. The apartment is located in one of the most lively places in the Länggassquartier in Bern. The city center can be reached by bus in only 3 minutes or comfortably in about 10 minutes on foot. Shopping facilities, cafés, restaurants, and other amenities are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment features: - a large, bright living room - a quiet, spacious bedroom facing the courtyard - a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table - balcony - a bathroom with a bathtub All utility costs are already included in the rental price – including electricity, heating, internet/TV, as well as the complete furnishing including a fully equipped kitchen and a robot vacuum cleaner. The apartment is ready for occupancy – simply move in and feel at home. Since I normally live in the apartment myself, it is very dear to me.
