Room in a shared flat

Since my long-term roommate is moving out, I (34y) am looking for a new roommate for my apartment in Bern!
A room is becoming available: (590 CHF) (2 to max. 3x overnight stays per week, preferably from Monday to Wednesday (max. Thursday))
About my apartment:

• Fully furnished apartment: Bed, wardrobe and desk in the room. Shared laundry room in the UG.
• Central location - Eigerplatz: Near the city center, with super public transport connections (lines 10, as well as 3 and 9), shopping facilities 2 min away, restaurants. To Bern station: Public transport = 5 min, bike = 5 min, walking = 10-15 min.
• Cozy premises: 3.5-room apartment with a large living room and balcony (winter garden). Modern kitchen with all necessary appliances.
• Internet and all utilities are included in the rental price.
