Room in a shared flat

We are 3 flatmates (Marco, Chris and Maxime) sharing a house, and we are looking for a 4th person from 1st of August (flexible). Since its is not a flat but a house, we have a garden, big living room, and even a fireplace! The house is 3' walking from the tram/bus stop Farbhof, 5' away from Altstetten train station with the bike and 20-25' away from Zurich HB (10' if you take the bike to Altsetten). Stuff that we have that you don't get in an appartment: \- Garden and terasse (with trees and even a slackline) \- A big living room \- A big kitchen \- A garage, with plenty of storage. Nicely fresh in the heatwave :) \- Our own laundry (always available, no scheduling needed) \- A sound system: we can make quite some noise before disturbing the neighbors The room we are looking to rent has its own private restrooms, another big plus for you! We are looking for someone (typ 25-35), which can afford the rent, is easygoing, clean and reliable. It would be nice if you enjoy living togheter and already have some experience in a shared flat. About us: Marco (M33): From Milano area (ITA), speaks English and Italian. Enjoys running, biking and the mountains all year long. In Zurich for studies (ETH) and work in robotics. Maxime (M31): From Fribourg (CH), speaks French, German and English. Uncomplicated, outdoorsy (cycling, motorbiking, paragliding, ski/skitouring...) Works as acoustic engineer in Zurich. Chris (M31): From Appenzell (CH), speaks German English and a little of Spanish Easygoing, into fitness, concerts and sometime video-games. Often around with is girlfriend Works as a process engineer in a chemical industry. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed and social, we do: \- occasional dinners, drinks, movies or video games \- active lifestyle (sports, lake, outdoors) \- everyone has their own routine and independence We are doing visits this week, We are looking forward to hearing from you!
