Room in a shared flat

We are looking for you as the 4th roommate for a 6 ½ room attic apartment (162 m2) of the non-profit housing cooperative Industriestrasse GWI, in a new, sustainable, attractive settlement in Lucerne, which will be ready for occupancy from September 1st. In the shared flat, 4 adults -50+ will live, who want to remain flexible, curious, tolerant and open. The small community, in which one inspires and supports each other, offers good prerequisites for this. Our goal is a regular exchange, while preserving the independence and autonomy of the residents. A gentle dog will also live in the apartment. **What to expect:** - A wooden house, a spacious apartment on two floors, two bathrooms (shower/bath), spacious living area on both floors, community terrace and laundry room on the same floor, community rooms of the cooperative, such as guest room, event room, etc. - Living near the lake, forest, train station reachable in 5 minutes by bike **You are:** - rather minimalist, cosmopolitan, ecologically acting, social, animal-loving - interested in community living If you want to know more about us and the planned «Bänkli-WG», we look forward to receiving some information about you and will send you our WG concept afterwards.
