The rent is 1275 +100 francs of charges. The total is 1375 francs.
There is no cellar nor a balcony.
The paintwork is not fresh. The apartment is to be taken over as is. It is possible that the management will refuse to redo the painting because it is a lease takeover.

A group visit is organized on 10 September from 17h to 19h, without registration.
