Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone!

I am looking for a new female or male flatmate for our cozy 2-person shared apartment in Zürich, available from October.

The room is 10.1 m² in size, unfurnished, with a built-in wardrobe – enough space to furnish it properly.

The apartment is a 3.5-room apartment with 69 m², on the 3rd floor. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are already furnished, and the apartment was partially renovated before moving in. A pleasant atmosphere to feel at home.

Location: Well connected – the Frankental stop is only a 3-minute walk away, and the Coop right around the corner covers daily needs. The Werdinsel is also very close by, ideal for a dip in the water on warm days.

Rent: CHF 950 per month, including utilities.

About me: I am Fabio, 26, work as a business information scientist at BMW and am in the home office two days a week. I look forward to someone with whom you enjoy having a chat in the kitchen, but who also appreciates an uncomplicated shared apartment.
