Room in a shared flat

Hello ! We are looking for a third roommate. There are two of us living here today: Adrian, 29 years old, marketing and sales coordinator Raphaël, 31 years old, developer at the Confederation The apartment is 98 m² and includes three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, a large living room, a kitchen and a balcony where we gladly enjoy the nice days with an aperitif. The available room is furnished, as shown in the photos, with a 160 × 200 bed. The rent includes charges. You need to add 54.50 CHF per month for fiber optic and cleaning of common areas (every two weeks) and SERAFE. A guarantee equivalent to three months' rent is required and must be deposited into a guarantee account. In terms of shared living, each person has their own rhythm and life, but we also appreciate spending time together from time to time: a board game, an aperitif, a meal or an outing when the opportunity arises. We are both quite sporty and always up for going dancing, going on a climbing outing, going for a run or doing a trail.
