2 ½ rooms apartment

We are subletting our wonderful apartment in Seefeld from 13 October to 30 October 2026 for 1350.-

It is a 3.5 room apartment, in which we will close off 1 room and store our private belongings inside. Therefore, simply 2 rooms, kitchen with dishwasher, bath, WC and 2 balconies are available.

The living room and the office both have a sofa bed, so it is also possible to live in there as a group of four.

There is a roof terrace for shared use with views of the Alps and the lake and a great view of the rooftops of Zürich.

You can sign up on the washing plan and use the washing machine and the dryer in the basement; the costs are included.

Pets are not wanted.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
