Room in a shared flat

Hello you :) Our roommate is moving in with her boyfriend in August, so we are looking for someone to occupy the room that is becoming vacant. The move-in date can be discussed, ideally by the beginning of September at the latest. **The apartment / your room** Our apartment has 4 rooms, including a living room. The Rossfeld bus station and the RBS Felsenau station can be reached on foot in approx. 5'. You are also quickly at the Aare. In the photos, you will find a floor plan of your room. This also includes a pantry outside the room, which offers some storage space. Additionally, there is space in the attic and cellar. The rent is 480.-, service charges included (excluding electricity + internet). **Who we are** Mirco (24) is a trained computer scientist and often climbing/bouldering. Additionally, he likes to cook, plays football, is trying his hand at playing the guitar, and is an uncomplicated person who is always up for doing something outdoors. Luca (26) studies food sciences at the HAFL and works part-time as a cook at the Inselspital. In his free time, he prefers to be active, whether running 🏃, on the road bike 🚴, or something more relaxed with the camera 📷. **Who you are** Preferably you are also around our age and speak German. We would also be happy if you would like to spend an evening together every now and then, whether cooking or being open to doing something.
