**The room, the apartment and the house** One furnished room (own furniture cannot be brought along), which includes everything one needs (bed, desk, rest see photo). There are also visitor parking spaces. Furthermore, there is a lift and a bicycle room in the house. The rent is CHF 790.- per month incl. TV/Internet. A contribution to the cantonal electricity costs (every 3 months) as well as heating/operating costs (annual billing) would be added to the rental price. The bus stop is located less than 5 minutes walking distance away and a bus runs every 15 minutes. Despite the proximity to the airport, Winkel is surrounded by fields and meadows, which invites leisure activities such as jogging. Winkel is located in a clean and safe environment in a tax-efficient location (tax rate 76). **Who you would be living with** I am 42 years old and live here with my 7-year-old child. We are quiet but open people. My child is, according to my previous subtenants, well-behaved and knows what it means when your door is closed and you want your peace. Respect is important to us, as is harmonious coexistence. Occasionally, a German Shepherd also lives with us, which is why you should not have any problems with dogs either. However, this is usually rare. **What we would wish for** You should be at least 28 years old, uncomplicated and a non-smoker (female persons preferred). We wish for a quiet and social person. Most importantly, it is important that you are child- and animal-friendly. As already mentioned above, my child knows when you must be given privacy. Nevertheless, it would be nice if you were not permanently in your room, but perhaps occasionally also used the living/dining room when you are there.
