4 ½ rooms apartment

I am exchanging my beautiful, nature-situated 4.5 room apartment (107m2) incl. large balcony for at least a 2.5-4.5 room apartment (at least 75m2) with a large balcony in Zürich where cats are allowed. The apartment is located on a private road (30 zone), so renting a parking space is not necessary, as one can park for free along the street. Nevertheless, there is the possibility to rent one or two underground garage spaces. All around there is a lot of forest (Loorenkopf), it is so to speak a local recreation area. Otherwise, the area is also very quiet and idyllic. The wooden floors were completely renovated in August 2024 and the bathtub was replaced in March 2025. The apartment contains a "master bedroom" with an included bathroom (bathtub) and a second, separate bathroom with a shower is also available, as well as two further rooms of 13m2 each. The kitchen is open and connected to the living and dining area. The apartment or the multi-family house (with 7 units) was built around 2000/2001 to the condominium standard of that time. When I moved in, I had a washing machine installed in the small utility room. There is nonetheless the possibility to use the laundry room in the basement. Included with the apartment is a large cellar compartment with electricity connection, approx. 12m2.

The nearest bus stop is approx. 6-7min away on foot (Loorenstrasse) and the Coop is also located in the immediate vicinity. Further shopping possibilities (Migros, Aldi, Denner, Post etc.) are located in the center of Witikon.
