Tenant sought for shared flat in spacious 5.5-room apartment with old building charm and a view of the greenery. Two rooms (e.g. usable as bedroom and office), one large (approx. 20 m2) and one small (approx. 15 m2), large shared balcony, shared living room with Swedish stove, shared bathroom with bathtub. Additionally, the use of the home gym and the garden seating area with fire pit behind the house is included, and participation in the vegetable garden is possible. A parking space in the garage is available for 60.-/month. The laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement is available and is shared with two other parties. There is no washing schedule, but arrangements are made. The roommate is a very sympathetic 29-year-old who works a lot, travels a lot, has many hobbies, and also has a lot of humor. Cleanliness is important to her and she takes on her household tasks very conscientiously. There is also a small, shy, but very sweet cat. Persons between 25 and 35 years old who do not smoke are preferred.
