The kitchen and living room are equipped with cooking utensils, dining table and chairs, TV and sofa. The bathroom with shower is shared with Christian, who is super clean! The location is top, good connections to public transport, 30 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to the train station. A supermarket is located in the same building, 4 others within 500m, and more than 3 gyms in the direct vicinity. We two are super relaxed, well-established in life and value a clean and pleasant coexistence, without social obligations. New roommate should be 25 years or older and well-established in professional life. The room is also possible as a secondary residence.
