15-30m² office

From 1 August, a part of a studio will be rented for unlimited sublease.
The studio

• Total area: approx. 45 m²
• Approx. 30 m² are available
• Use alone or together with a maximum of two other parties (15 m² each)
• Toilet available
• Unfurnished (upon request, a desk and the existing sun blinds can possibly be taken over)
• No cellar

Costs

• CHF 228 each for two persons, total CHF 455 per month
• plus contribution to electricity costs
• Heating and water are included in the service charges
• Internet is not available and would have to be organized personally if required

Suitable for
A person is sought (max. 2 parties), very preferably from the creative sector. Due to the open room layout, the studio is less suitable for regular telephone or video conferences.
