Bright furnished room in a student house on Bergstrasse (8032 Zurich, Kreis 7), available from 1 November 2026 to 28 February 2027 as a contract takeover (Nachmieter), subject to approval by the landlord.
CHF 999 per month, all-inclusive: electricity, water and internet are covered, with no extra charges.
The room has two windows, a double bed, a desk with chair, a large built-in wardrobe with extra storage above, plus a private sink and a private fridge. A pillow, a mattress protector and a duvet are provided; bed sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels are not included.
Kitchen, bathrooms and showers are shared with the other residents on the floor. Shared areas are professionally cleaned once a week. The building has a lift and a shared laundry room.
