With heavy hearts, we are parting with our beautiful 3.5-room apartment in the heart of Oerlikon. The apartment is a true gem: generously laid out, very practically divided, with a balcony facing the green courtyard.

On approx. 75 m², it offers a large living room, two other spacious rooms, a separate kitchen, bath/WC, as well as a spacious entrance hall with built-in wardrobes. The two additional rooms are similar in size and can be used flexibly as bedrooms, offices, or dining rooms.

For everyday life, you practically need no means of transport: directly opposite is the Neumarkt with a large Migros, Lidl, Asia Store, restaurants, and other shops. The Schachplatz and the center of Oerlikon with numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants are also just a few steps away.

What we particularly like about Oerlikon: It is lively, multicultural, and urban, while at the same time you are quickly in the greenery. The Badi Allenmoos, the Käferberg, and various forest and local recreation areas are also quickly reachable. And with Hallo Beirut and Venus, two of our personal favorites are right in the neighborhood.
