We are looking for a replacement tenant to take over the lease of a furnished 2-room apartment, located on the 1st floor, at the following address:

The accommodation offers a surface area of approximately 35 m²: living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom, shower room with toilet, washing machine and dryer, television provided.

The apartment is located in the Ouchy district, in an ideal location: about 7 minutes walking distance from the lake, 5 minutes from the Parc Olympique and about 10 minutes walking distance from the Lausanne station.

Shops, bakeries, Migros and Coop, Kiss The Ground, Pharmacie 24/24, Métro etc... are also located about 5 minutes walking distance away.

The accommodation is ideally suited for a student, a single person or a couple looking for a furnished, functional, central apartment close to all amenities.

Financial conditions:

Net rent: CHF 1430. / month
Flat-rate charges: CHF 350. / month
Monthly total: CHF 1780. / month

The flat rate includes notably charges, heating, hot water, water, electricity and the internet flat rate, according to the conditions applicable to the lease takeover.

Rent guarantee

A bank guarantee of CHF 4290. is required, corresponding to three months of net rent.

According to the lease conditions, this guarantee must be established with a Vaud banking institution.
Guaranty or guaranty insurance is not accepted by the agency according to the contractual documents.

No amount must be paid to the current tenants.

Type of takeover:

This is a lease takeover / presentation of a replacement tenant, and not a sublet.

The candidate must be:

solvent,
ready to take over the lease under the same conditions,
available for an entry date to be agreed upon,
accepted by the agency after review of the file.

The effective takeover of the accommodation remains subject to the final validation of the agency / the landlord.

recent extract from the Office des poursuites,
proof of income or employment contract,

desired entry date,
certificate of civil liability / household insurance to be provided before entry according to the usual requirements of the agency.

Visits possible by appointment: Friday 10 July 2026 between 18:00 and 19:30 and Monday 13 July 2026 between 18:00 and 19:30... other dates will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis...
