I am subletting a furnished room of approximately 910 m² in a three-bedroom shared apartment, located in the Sous-Gare district in Lausanne, Vidy side. The room is available from 1st August to 30th September 2026. It is fully furnished with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. I can also make available a large computer screen, ideal for studying or teleworking. The apartment has a large balcony as well as a laundry room. Rent: 750 CHF per month, charges and fiber Internet connection included, i.e., 1500 CHF for the two months. The accommodation is very well located, close to Vidy, the lake, public transport, the station and shops. I am looking for a calm, clean person who is respectful of common areas.
