Included is the usage of the cozy kitchen with bar, bathroom.The large living and dining room is in the covered terrace and offers a stunning panoramic view on the lake and the alps .The indoor living room is spacious and can used as a space for activities like ,gym ,yoga and any other creative activity . Washing Maschine and tumbler are in the apartment. The cost of the room includes the room rent, usage of the other areas , the side costs (water, electricity, heating), serafe, cleaning stuff, WiFi ,Netflix and cleaning service for common areas (when all rooms are occupied ) A shared Sup ,bikes and boat are planned .Deposit of 2 months rent is required.
