This advertisement is aimed at women. **About the room** * Approx. 10 m², square, with wooden floor * Windows facing northeast, but still bright because nothing is built directly in front; in summer, it is the most pleasant room in the apartment ;-) * Possibly you can take over the landlord's furniture at a fair price (bed, chest of drawers, both relatively new, older desk). **About the apartment** * In an older house with 6 units and a very pleasant, sociable house community * Shared garden with fire pit, seating area under the pergola, covered bike stand, herbs, fruits – and space for your own green thumb * Shared use of kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony (total approx. 65 m²) * Kitchen is not top-modern, but well-equipped (dishwasher, oven, large stovetop); bathroom with window and bathtub * The apartment is older, floors and doors bear traces of time. It is somewhat thin-walled, therefore everyone in the house makes an effort to be considerate. **Important**: The house was recently sold to new owners and it is possible that the currently existing rental agreements will be terminated over the course of the next 1-2 years for a new building.
