There is a free room on the 1st floor. Room 1: approx. 15m2, rental price 1100.- excl. **Room in a modern shared flat with garden - Top location, ideal for independent flatmates (25–45 years old)** It is a three-person WG and there is still one room free. I am 38 years old and the second is 34 years old. The furnishing style is deliberately minimalist: less is more, and this is how we would like to assemble the WG as well. The common rooms are already fully and high-quality furnished. Wishes and suggestions are welcome. What we are looking for: we wish for flatmates aged approx. 25-45 years (exceptions are possible), who are well-established in life, reliable, and bring a certain basic standard of order and cleanliness. This is not a classic WG, but rather a living concept for people looking for a beautiful room in a prime location and living independently. **The following are for shared use:** * Garden with loggia and bicycle shelter * Large bathroom with shower in the basement * Two separate WCs (basement + 1st floor) * Small balcony on the 1st floor * Open kitchen with dining area on the ground floor * Washing machine in the basement * No pets allowed Electricity, water, and gas are included in the service charges.
