Sublet - Room available I am offering a room for subletting from June 15th. My name is Elie, I am a young African and I work in the care sector. I have a lovely poodle (MAX) who is very quiet and well-behaved, even when I'm not at home. I work both during the day and at night, so the apartment is often quiet. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. I am looking for a quiet, clean and respectful person, man or woman, preferably young.
