For rent is a double room (10 & 11 sqm), with large windows and wooden parquet flooring. It is located on the **second floor** in a freestanding old building property, near the Bäckeranlage. The large old building shared flat spans two floors and offers 2 kitchens, 2 showers, 4 toilets, plus a living room on the 1st floor. Washing machine and dryer are available. Despite the central location, it is a peaceful corner - and even if the house is fully graffiti on the outside, it is beautiful and well-maintained on the inside. 😊 We are an 11-person shared flat (10F, 1M, 19–49 years) with clear rules and responsibilities. Cleanliness is our standard, not a topic. Despite the size, it is **exceptionally quiet** here.
