3 ½ rooms apartment

I am subletting my bright, cozy and quiet 3.5-room apartment during my absence. (Near Wiedikon/Tremli) Period: 28. September to 1. November 2026 (approx. 5 weeks; depending on agreement, also possible a few weeks earlier or later or longer) Rent: CHF 2’600 flat rate incl. utilities and furniture The apartment features: – 3.5 rooms with a bright living area – Balcony – Bathroom with bathtub and WC – Separate WC – Fully equipped kitchen – Furnished rental One room will be used for my private belongings and is not available. The rest of the apartment can be used completely. The washing machine is located in the house for shared use. The apartment is ideally suited for a single person or a couple looking for beautiful and uncomplicated accommodation for a few weeks. Important: – Non-smoking apartment – No pets I am looking for a reliable and careful person who treats my apartment with respect during my absence.
