The building in which the apartment is located is situated next to a bus stop, 6 minutes from the city center and 3 minutes from the station (13 minutes on foot), near the university campus and HE-Arc. The 95m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor, comprises three large bedrooms, a beautiful living room with a balcony, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (1 table and 6 chairs) (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc.) and a shared bathroom. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine available. The available room is approximately 13m2 and is equipped with a bed, a wardrobe and a desk. I am a third-year student at HE-Arc, I am 24 years old and I am looking for roommates, girls preferably, with whom I could get along well. I like cooking, going out with friends but also staying quietly to read or play board games.
