We are looking for a successor tenant as of 1 September 2026 for our beautiful 4-room apartment in Richigen (municipality of Worb). The apartment is located in a quiet and close-to-nature location with a wonderful view of fields, trees, and impressive sunsets. In particular, the spacious and light-flooded living room as well as the balcony invite you to linger and relax. The apartment features: • 1 large bedroom and 2 other rooms • a balcony with an unobstructed view of the greenery • a bathroom with a bathtub • a practical kitchen with plenty of storage space • a large cellar compartment with electricity connection • an additional attic compartment • washing machine and drying room for shared use In addition, a garage can be rented with the apartment for CHF 90.– per month. The neighborhood is very pleasant and quiet. A bus stop is reachable within a few minutes' walk. By bicycle, you can reach Worb Dorf or Worb SBB in around 10 minutes. From there, there are fast train connections to Bern (approx. 15–24 minutes).
