Rental conditions * The studio is intended exclusively for shared living and the accommodation of two people. * This is a sublet with a roommate. * The accommodation is not intended for the establishment of an employment contract, a professional address, or a domiciliation address with the commune. * Available immediately. * Rent, charges included: 490 CHF per month. * Minimum duration: 6 months. * Payment of the 6 months is requested in advance, from the first day of moving into the accommodation. * The studio is fully furnished: you only need to bring your personal belongings. * Strictly non-smoking accommodation. * We are looking for a respectful, clean, calm, and pleasant person to live with, in order to share the accommodation in good conditions. * Women and men of all nationalities and origins are welcome.
