For Romanshorn station, SBB Immobilien is looking for an attractive sales or service concept as of August 2027 on a rental area of approx. 69.8 m2 in the main hall of the freshly renovated station building.

With an average of around 12,000 train passengers per day, Romanshorn station offers a unique customer frequency in the region and brings together different customer groups daily, such as residents, employees, students, and tourists.

The rental model basically provides for a percentage share of the turnover subject to rent in combination with a fixed defined minimum rent in CHF per year.

Calculation example: Expected turnover CHF 500,000, 8% turnover rent = CHF 40,000 turnover rent and 80% of that as minimum rent = 32,000 CHF. The minimum rent only applies if it exceeds the annual turnover rent.

Depending on the concept, we also accept a fixed rent instead of the turnover rent model.
