4 ½ rooms apartment

We are three tenants currently moving out of our well-loved apartment at Mimosenstrasse 9 — a bright, two-floor flat in a quiet, green residential area right next to Berninaplatz, perfectly situated between Milchbuch and Oerlikon. We are looking for a family to take over this home, as WG arrangements are not permitted by the landlord. The apartment offers three rooms across two floors, a living room, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with separate shower, and a cozy bonus room on the upper level. The highlight is a large private rooftop terrace — perfect for summer evenings — plus a small balcony, a cellar, and a secure bike room. Furniture handover We are leaving behind several pieces of furniture that we would love to pass on to the new tenants — including the rooftop terrace furniture (table, chairs), and a few other select items. All at fair prices. A detailed list can be shared on request later. The apartment is in excellent condition — we've kept it clean and cared for it well throughout our 2.5 years here. The neighbourhood is calm and family-friendly, with good public transport links and easy access to green spaces. We will organise viewings on a person-to-person basis and will pass up to 3 candidates as potential replacements to our landlord.
