Located at the locality of Le Pré du Four, in the heart of a preserved natural environment, the Foyer François-Xavier Bagnoud (FXB) in Salvan constitutes a unique estate due to its scale, its setting, and its vocation.

The estate extends over approximately 6 hectares and includes:

• a central building,
• a farm,
• several annex buildings,
• adjacent agricultural land.

The whole forms an exceptional natural setting, offering calm, privacy, and rare exploitation potential.

The site is ideally suited for projects such as:

• reception center or residential structure,
• therapeutic or rejuvenation center,
• educational or social camps,
• workshops, training, or activities related to nature.

In 1991, the FXB Foundation contributed to the financing of the acquisition and renovation of the site. The center belongs today to the Association des Amis de Rives du Rhône. It is currently configured as a residential unit of 15 accommodation places, requiring adaptations to current standards, which can be carried out according to the needs of the future operator.
