3 ½ rooms apartment

We are renting a new, completely renovated 3.5 room apartment on the raised ground floor of our farmhouse. The house was totally renovated in 2025/2026 and converted into an apartment building with 3 apartments. In addition to its own laundry tower with washing machine and tumble dryer, the sunny kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer also offers all the amenities of a new build. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and the windows as well as the insulation are installed according to the latest standards. Furthermore, the apartment offers a spacious bathroom with toilet and a walk-in shower at ground level, as well as a separate guest toilet. The two spacious rooms with the restored exposed beams create a wonderful climate and also have pleasant temperatures in midsummer. The beautiful wooden balcony with a view of the Schwarzwald also offers a sunny and beautiful place to linger outside. Pets are very welcome upon request. Outdoor parking spaces can be rented for an additional CHF 50 each.
