🏡 Apartment exchange in Luzern
We are looking for a new apartment and would like to offer our beautiful apartment in the middle of Luzern for an exchange.
Our apartment is 90 m² in size, has 4 rooms and is very bright and friendly. All rooms have parquet flooring. This includes two small balconies, an inner courtyard, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and we have our own washing machine and a tumble dryer. Additionally, there is an attic and a very spacious cellar.
Also, the location is super practical: In about 5 minutes on foot, various shopping facilities can be reached, including Migros and Coop. The fitness center at Bundesplatz is also directly nearby. Luzern station is approx. 7 minutes on foot away.
The apartment, due to its central location and spacious layout, is perfect for a couple or a shared apartment (WG). Only small disadvantage: The house has no lift.
Since we are having a baby in October and will then be three people, the apartment is unfortunately no longer ideal for us in the long term.
