We are looking for a person in active life (man or woman) to join us on November 1st (or from mid-October, to be discussed) and live with 4 other roommates aged 30 to 40 who are motivated by communal living.
Bright 7.5-room villa, a 17m2 bedroom awaits you (unfurnished). If you do not have furniture, there are some extra items available to help out initially.
The fully equipped house has a garden (with a robotic lawnmower!), 5 parking spaces and a garage, a fully equipped laundry room (washing machine, dryer), 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom on the ground floor, a cellar with pleeeeny of storage space, a gym and even a guest room for friends and family.
Transport: 3 minutes from the LEB train stop (53 seconds running) which arrives at Lausanne-Flon in 18 minutes sharp, with a train every 15 minutes: we have all the advantages of the countryside with quick access to the city center without traffic jams! 20 minutes from the city center by bike (going downhill!). Crissier and Renens accessible by bus. Highway access (Blecherette or Cossonay) in less than 10 minutes.
Rent: 1150 CHF per month ALL INCLUSIVE, i.e., the pure rent of 920 CHF + a margin for all charges (electricity, water, heating, internet, TV, cleaning lady every week for common areas, serafe, Swisscaution, insurance) and a common budget for basic groceries, household products and occasional common purchases.
Life with us: everyone has their own space and freedom but we like to get together, for example, for a series, a good meal, a hiking trip, music or a workout session, depending on everyone's wishes.
Unfortunately, animals are not accepted due to severe allergies.
