Sublet: September 29 – October 24 | Furnished Room in Shared Apartment; Zurich-Höngg, right by the Werdinsel

I’ll be traveling for a month and am subletting my furnished room (approx. 18 m²) in a relaxed 3-person flatshare. Rent: CHF 960 (including all utilities: electricity, water, internet, and cleaning of shared spaces) Important: This accommodation is available for temporary stay only. The address cannot be used as a place of residence and cannot be used for registration or change of address in Zurich or Switzerland during this period. The room is fully furnished (bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack, shelf) and offers plenty of storage space – I’ll make room for your belongings, of course. There’s also a height-adjustable desk, ideal for working from home. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. You’re also welcome to use my city bike while I’m away. It would be great if you could water my low-maintenance plants from time to time :) About the flatshare: We’re a friendly and respectful 3-person shared apartment. Sometimes we cook together or go swimming – completely optional. The shared spaces are cleaned every two weeks, and we appreciate a considerate and respectful atmosphere at home.
