They’re also moving out, so it’s a great opportunity to help shape the next version of the WG. **Location** The location is one of my favorite parts of living here. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood right next to Käferberg Forest, which is perfect for running, walking, or just getting outside. It’s also really well connected: * 2-minute walk to Brunnenhof (Tram 50 & Bus 32), 12 minutes to HB * 5-minute walk to Bucheggplatz, with connections all over Zürich * Close to ETH Hönggerberg You get a quiet neighborhood without feeling far from the city. **Looking for** I’m looking for someone interested in staying long term who’s clean, considerate, and wants a place that feels like home.
