Hello everyone, I'm Simone and I'm 32 years old. I'm looking for a roommate or a female roommate to share a large independent house that has been totally renovated, located in Caslano. I would like to avoid looking for a sub-entrant, because I have fallen in love with this house but from September I will have to stay abroad for several months. The area is very quiet and is literally a stone's throw from the lake. Less than a minute's walk is the train station (FLP) that connects Caslano, with Lugano and Ponte Tresa (Italy). The idea is to rent one of the 3 large double rooms, already furnished and share the common areas of the house, which is composed of: - Kitchen with oven, dishwasher and ceramic glass plates; - Dining room + Living room; - 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower, one of which will be given for exclusive use to whoever rents the room); - Small room used as a gym, with weight rack and a couple of training equipment; - Large private garden surrounding the house, where you can have a barbecue or sunbathe; - 2 private parking spaces (one for exclusive use of whoever rents the room) + 1 box; - Cellar usable + private laundry with washing machine and dryer; - Unlimited wi-fi connection included; - Private electric car charging column; - External balcony overlooking the garden; THE COST FOR RENTING THE ROOM IS 650.- MONTHLY, TO WHICH 50.- MUST BE ADDED FOR VARIOUS UTILITIES.
