I had chosen this accommodation with great enthusiasm and sincerely regret having to ultimately give it up for reasons that have absolutely no connection to the quality of the apartment or the neighborhood.

Located on the ground floor of the new building B61, at Route d'Orny 31 in Orbe, this 2.5 room apartment of approximately 55 m² benefits from a north-east orientation, on the outer side of the neighborhood, with an open situation and limited overlooking. The future tenant will be its first occupant.

This is a lease takeover under the same contractual conditions. The final allocation of the accommodation is subject to the submission of a complete file, the examination of solvency and the acceptance of the application by the management.

As the apartment is still under construction, it is currently not possible to visit it directly. Visits of a similar 2.5 room show apartment are organized every Wednesday between 13:30 and 14:30.
