Room in a shared flat

New roommate wanted 🏡

We are looking for a new roommate and look forward to meeting you soon!😊

I am renting out a room in my shared apartment. The apartment is located in a very central location in Zürich:

• approx. 10–15 minutes on foot or by public transport from the Universität Zürich
• approx. 5–10 minutes on foot from Zürichsee
• approx. 10 minutes by bus 31 from Hauptbahnhof Zürich
• Denner, Migros, Coop as well as numerous restaurants are reachable in approx. 5 minutes on foot

The apartment is a 4.5-room apartment and the common rooms may, of course, be used. Dishes and the most important things for everyday life are sufficiently available.

The room is rented unfurnished, as can be seen in the pictures. The existing furniture generally cannot be taken over. However, the nightstand and a small cupboard can be taken over.

We have no animals in the apartment but, if you have a pet, then we will also be happy about your pet😊 as long as it is not a spider.
