For rent is a shared apartment room (3rd floor, approx. 17sqm) in a 5-person WG at Burgstrasse 64, 9000 St. Gallen for CHF 410 total rent from 01.11.2026 to 31.01.2027.

The room is rented furnished: bed (now 1.40m), wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair (bed linen not included). Kitchen, bathroom and entrance area with cloakroom are used communally.

The kitchen has already been renovated and features a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and other electrical kitchen aids, as can be seen in the photo. The kitchen also has sufficient space for a dining table, as well as sufficient storage space for the total of 4 people in the WG. Dishes, pots, cutlery etc. are provided.

The bathroom features a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower, a WC and washbasin. Washing machine and dryer are located in the basement for communal use.

The WGs consist of students and working professionals. Quiet coexistence and order are valued. During the rental period, this WG will be occupied by four men (1 student, 1 doctoral student, 2 employed persons) - age 24-39. It does not have to become an all-male WG.

Leisure
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is the Kreuzbleiche - a larger park for sports and recreation, but also the Drei Weiheren.

Public transport & transport connections
The bus stop is located in front of the building. With bus lines 3 and 4, you are at St. Gallen station - at the FH Ost - within 5 minutes, or via line 9 in a further 12 minutes at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). In approx. 1 hour you are at Zurich Airport, in approx. 500m on the highway.

Included in the warm rent of CHF 410/month are: rent, heating, internet, water, electricity, Serafe, washing machine/dryer, bicycle cellar.

If required/available, a car parking space can be rented additionally; alternatively: Blue Zone in the immediate vicinity.
