Room in a shared flat

**ABOUT THE ROOM** The room is approx. 10.5 m² in size and is partially located in a slight roof slope. Due to the two skylights, it is nonetheless nicely bright. Both windows are equipped with blinds and can be completely darkened. Currently, one of the windows is equipped with a fly and mosquito net. A second net is still planned, so that in the future both windows will be appropriately protected. In addition to the private room, the upper area of the apartment may, of course, also be used. There, among other things, an office area is located, which is also available. In principle, the common areas of the apartment may be used, as long as one takes appropriate care of them and leaves them clean and tidy. The small garden and the balcony are also for shared use.
