Following a professional relocation to London, I am looking for a person or a couple to take over the lease of my apartment in Lausanne, ideally available from mid-September / 1st October 2026.

The apartment is currently entirely furnished. Almost all the furniture was purchased recently, in April 2026, and is therefore practically new.
Due to my move abroad, I am offering all the furniture to the next tenant at a very advantageous price compared to its purchase value.
Preference will be given to a candidate wishing to take over the furniture, which also allows for moving directly into a fully equipped apartment.

📅 Availability: ideally from 15 September, or at the latest 1st October 2026.
This is a lease takeover, subject to the acceptance of the application by the owner.
I enjoy living in this apartment immensely and am only leaving it due to my professional relocation to London. I am therefore looking for someone who will know how to enjoy it and take care of it.
