3 ½ rooms apartment

Subletting my furnished attic apartment in Baar for 2 months from ~mid-September until mid-November 2026 (14th-14th) when I will take an extended holiday.12 minute walk to Baar station. A large bedroom and open living-kitchen. There is a 2nd bedroom currently rented to a quiet and polite lodger 2 days per week (monday/tuesday). You can expect a formal contract and to pay a deposit that will go in a separate account. Note : 3rd floor and no lift, but a balcony with pretty sunsets :) shared washing facilities on a schedule.
