Room in a shared flat

Hi! We are Yuechuan and Luis, two young researchers working in Physics and Chemistry. We are looking for someone to take over the best room in our shared apartment starting from **August 15**. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, while still being very convenient: it is only a **5-minute walk from the train station**. The shared living space is spacious, comfortable, and well furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, infrared stove, and a large fridge. For garden or BBQ lovers, we also have a huge balcony with large wooden planting boxes filled with soil, as well as a full-size BBQ grill. The room available is the **largest and brightest room in the apartment**. It is beautifully furnished by our current flatmate, Nadine, who would be happy to sell the furniture for a reasonable price. The furniture for sale includes a wardrobe, desk, bed with mattress, shelf unit, Kallax 3x2 with two drawers, and a three-drawer dresser. As an extra advantage, the room comes with a **private bathroom** including a shower, sink, and toilet. Please note that the shared laundry facilities are also located in this bathroom.
